From a relaxed team dinner to an evening of awards and dancing. Live music, hosting and the technical solution for your company event in Lithuania.
Live music · Event hosting · A coordinated technical setup
Corporate evenings go wrong in predictable ways. The band starts while people are still eating, the speeches run over and nobody adjusts, the sound is set up for a conference and not for a party. We plan the music around your running order so that does not happen.
You can book live music on its own, or take music, hosting and the technical solution as one coordinated proposal with a single point of contact. Everything is scoped in writing before the event.
The repertoire and the energy follow your audience and your schedule, whether you are bringing colleagues together or welcoming clients and partners.
Most corporate evenings have three distinct moods, and each one needs something different from the music. We plan them as separate blocks rather than as one long performance.
A summer team day and a Christmas party in a hotel ballroom are not the same brief, and the line-up should not be identical either. We scale the programme to the occasion.
A duo or trio is the core of our lead live act, Justinas Stanislovaitis & Band (Justin 3), with the line-up adapted to the venue and the guest count. We also curate other live programmes, including a piano-led jazz set for dinners and receptions where the music should stay in the background.
We coordinate the programme with your in-house team or your event agency. Scope, performance times and technical requirements are agreed before the event, and we work to a written running order on the day.
If your programme changes in the final week, which it usually does, tell us and we will adjust the set lengths rather than play over your schedule.
An event host holds the evening together: opening the room, introducing speakers, keeping the timing honest and handing over to the music without an awkward gap.
We are specific about language. Planning and correspondence with you are in English. The language a host works in on the day depends on the individual host, so tell us which languages your guests need and we will tell you which of our hosts fits before you commit.
We arrange the technical solution your event requires: sound and lighting matched to the venue, the guest count and the programme, with setup and sound check scheduled around your agenda.
Venues vary more than most organisers expect. A hotel ballroom, a converted factory and a restaurant terrace each need a different approach, so we ask about the space early rather than on the day. If your venue already works with a technical supplier, we coordinate with them instead.
We work in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda and venues across the country, from city hotels and conference centres to manor estates and summer venues outside the cities.
Travel, access and technical requirements are agreed for your venue before the event, so the proposal you approve is the cost of the evening.
A first answer needs very little: the date, the city or venue, the approximate number of guests, and what kind of evening you have in mind.
If you are still comparing options internally, say so and mention your decision deadline. We will prioritise a clear answer on feasibility rather than a long sales document.
